When a user edits a task in RapidAP, the task will be locked to the user's account. To see who the task is locked to, hover your cursor over the padlock icon on the task tile.

Sometimes, if the browser crashes or if the user does not log out of RapidAP correctly, the task can remain locked. In such scenarios, an AP administrator can unlock the task for them.

To do this go to AP Settings -> Unlock Tasks.

1. Search: Search for the tasks that need to be unlocked. A single field or combination of fields can be used to search the tasks.

2. Tasks: Select the tasks that need to be unlocked.

3. Unlock: Click on the unlock button to unlock the tasks.
