Users can delegate their tasks to another user if they are out of office. 


To do this, go to your User Settings page, go to the User Delegation section, select the delegated user in 'To User', and the period that you are out of the office.




Alternatively, AP administrators can also set up the user delegation for a user when they are out of office. 


To do this, go to the AP Settings -> User Delegations page.

 



1. Add New Line: Click on Add New Line button to add a new user delegation configuration.  

 


Note: If Delegate Upper Limit is enabled, the To User will inherit the From User’s approval limit.  Only applicable if you do approvals within RapidAP.


2. Fill in the details and click save when done.
