AP team can manage the reject reasons that are displayed when a user rejects a task.




To do this, go to the AP Settings -> Workflow Action Reasons(also known as Reject Reasons in RapidAP V5).




1. Add New Line: Click on Add New Line button to add a new reject reason.   

 

2. Edit: Click on the Edit button to edit an existing configuration.   


3. Delete: Click on the Delete button to delete an existing configuration.
