If you have the Freight field and line item extraction enabled in ABBYY, below are the details on how RapidAP and ABBYY will handle it if the freight amount is printed as a line item on the document.
ABBYY:
- Invoice Header - Freight: Should not be extracted
- Invoice Header - Subtotal: Inclusive of the freight amount
- Invoice Line Item - Freight Line Item: Freight line item should be extracted
RAPID:
- Rapid rule will ignore and treat the invoice as no Freight invoice
Example 1: Freight extracted as line item printed with text - Freight
ABBYY:
- Ensure Freight equals 0.00
- Ensure Subtotal includes Freight Amount
ABBYY Document Training:
- You cannot train ABBYY to not extract the Freight amount as the line item has a Freight line with Quantity and Unit Price.
- Manual process: Remove the Freight amount and enter 0. You will need to click on Check Rules. After that, you can submit the document to Rapid
RAPID: Document created as per extraction from ABBYY

- Ensure Subtotal does not include Freight Amount
