If you have the Freight field enabled in ABBYY, below are the details on how RapidAP and ABBYY will handle it if the freight amount is not included in the subtotal and there is no freight line item printed on the invoice.
ABBYY:
- Invoice Header - Freight: The value will be extracted. Note: the amount should be excluding GST
- Invoice Header - Subtotal: Excluded freight amount
- Invoice Line Item - Freight Line Item: No freight line item since the invoice has not printed it
RAPID:
- Rapid rule for handling Freight will add the Freight Amount extracted by ABBYY and add it to the Subtotal. The rule also generates a freight line item with a tax amount
