Once an email is imported, ABBYY FlexiCapture will automatically separate the attachments into individual documents based on the information found on each page. Each page will be classified as an Invoice layout or Annex page.
Invoice layout: Page is part of the invoice, and data can be extracted from it.
Annex page: Page is an attachment, and no data is needed from it.
If ABBYY incorrectly classifies an Invoice page as an Annex page, or vice-versa, you can change this in the Change Page section.
To do this, right-click on the page, go to Change Page section, and select the correct type.
If you change from Annex to Invoice layout, you will need to click on the Recognise button to extract the data.
