Emails are automatically imported into ABBYY FlexiCapture from the dedicated RapidAP mailbox and generally do not require any user interaction.
The solution will continuously monitor the Inbox folder.
When a new email is detected, it will first be moved to the FlexiCapture12Processing subfolder while being imported.
If the import process was successful, the email will be moved to the Processed folder.
If you ever need to trace a document in ABBYY FlexiCapture or RapidAP back to the original email, it can be found in the Processed folder.
If the import process was unsuccessful, the email will be moved to the Exceptions folder. The folder will need to be monitored on a regular basis for any emails that require manual intervention.
