Adding Company Header to Documents
Company Headers can be added to a document by either editing the document or adding the Company Header to the Document Template.
Adding Company Header by Editing a Document
To edit a document click on the “+” icon next to “Click here to edit Document”. (See How to Edit and Save a Document for more information).
Click on “Update Sheet Headers” or “Update Table Columns” in the lower navigation bar, depending on the type of Company Header you are adding.
Select the Company Header to be added.
If the Company Header being added is a Sticky Field, then populate the field with the required value and click the “floppy disk” save icon. The document will automatically be validated. There is no requirement to Process the document again.
If the Company Header being added is a Normal or Lookup Header, click the “floppy disk” save icon and then click to the “Process Documents” button on the lower navigation strip.
Value for these fields will then be matched within the document or from the lookup table.
Adding Company Header to a Document Template
To add a Company Header to a Document Template select the Company Header
If the Company Header is a Sticky Field Header or a Lookup Field Header, the X: Y: coordinates do not need to be set.
If the Company Header field is a Normal field it should be Set as per other fields in the Document Template See Working with Document Templates for more information.
